- Increase the number of repetitions for each exercise
- Obtain exercise resistance bands for the paddle shafts (instructions included)
- Use the weight plate adaptor (included) to add weight plates (not included)
to the sliding footplate. (Do not exceed a total weight of 325 lbs/148 kg
on the sliding footplate, total weight = your weight plus added weight)
