INTRODUCTION TO USING THE DAILY CORE™

Form and function…..these two concepts are interlinked and key to maximizing physical performance. 

Therefore, much time has been allocated to both illustrating the Daily Core™ exercises and describing the unique movements in text to help the user fully understand how to do them well. Once learned, these exercises are easy to perform and will target all core muscles in as little as 10 minutes or less

 - These exercises will tone and activate all of your core muscles

 - Additionally, the Paddle Stroke Technique, a conditioning and aerobic exercise, can be done in as few as 12 repetitions on each side or continues for 45 minutes or longer depending on the goals you set

- Elevating the slantboard slope and/or adding weight can further increase strength and aerobic capacity

- Safety features like the ability to lock moving parts in place and a roll bar with an adjustable safety belt are included

- Spacer bars come with The Daily Core™ to help you understand the range of motion of your core muscles. When some core muscles contract, you may only move forward 2 – 3 inches while other muscle groups may propel you forward the length of of the slantboard
